Start with the V-shape on one side
Cross the straps over your shoulder and let them fall behind your back
Take one of the straps and wrap it across your chest
Take the strap from your chest and bring around to your back
Take the second strap and bring it across your chest as well
With both straps around the back, give them a twist and bring back to the front.
Finally, finish it off with a knot up front
